At Rival Boxing Gear, we stand by the quality of our equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of use or wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
